Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference on your next invoice.
One credit is consumed each time Chartt processes a question — parsing the relevant rows, generating a chart, and producing the AI insight. Simple queries use one credit; complex analyses may use a few more.
You can still access your account and view previously generated charts. New queries are paused until your credits reset at the start of the next billing cycle, or you upgrade.
Choosing Annual bills you once a year at a 20% discount. You keep access for the full year — no monthly renewal, no surprises.
Your files and dashboards stay accessible on the Free plan. If you fully delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days and purged from backups within 90.
