Refund Policy
Effective date: June 1, 2026 · Last updated: June 1, 2026
1. All Sales Are Final
All subscription payments made to Chartt are final and non-refundable. Because Chartt is powered by AI infrastructure that incurs costs immediately upon use, we are unable to issue refunds for subscription fees once a billing period has begun.
This policy applies to all plans — monthly and annual — regardless of whether the subscription was used during the billing period.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain full access to the Service until that date.
Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining unused portion of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued.
Annual subscriptions follow the same policy — cancellation stops future renewals but does not result in a refund for the remaining months of the annual term.
3. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- A duplicate charge caused by a billing error on our end
- A charge made after a cancellation was properly submitted and confirmed
- A situation where applicable law requires a refund
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge in question. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered.
